Unless clearly shown on the label in the item picture our items are Laptop Power UK branded replacements.  
Use of the website and all orders are subject to the acceptance of these terms and conditions, and deemed to be accepted by you when placing your order. These conditions do not affect your statutory rights. These terms and conditions are subject to change without notice and supersede all previous editions.

1. Payment
1.1 We accept the following forms of payment: Credit and debit card payments. Items are shipped to cardholder's address, unless otherwise specified.

Please note: Do not return any items to this address without first being issued with an RMA form. This can be requested over the phone or through the quick contact form.
1.3 Cash payments should be sent to above address, sent via a secure method. The customer is fully responsible for delivery of cash payments to Laptop Power UK.
1.4 When posting any payment to our address you must include your name, address and order number. Failure to do so will result in cancellation the of your order, and payment may not be returned.
1.5 All orders are subject to stock availability. If we do not supply you for any reason, we will refund any money paid for these goods. We are not liable for any financial loss incurred by you relating to interest payments, or loss of earnings, you would have received on monies paid to us in lieu of any unfulfilled order.
2. Shipping
2.1 Customers can select from a range of shipping options, which cannot be changed after checkout. Your order will be dispatched the same day if ordered before 3:00pm, or the following day for orders after 3:00pm, Monday to Friday. Laptop Screens are shipped via Interlink express and a tracking number can be provided.
2.2 We ship to all countries within the EU and items are sent Royal Mail Air Mail Service, prices for international delivery are presented at checkout.  
2.3 All our prices include UK first class delivery.
2.4 We are not responsible for incorrect postal addresses resulting in non-delivery of the goods. Please check you have carefully entered the correct address. Laptop Power UK will not accept responsibility for any such losses incurred and no refund will be provided.
2.5 Shipping addresses cannot be changed after checkout, Laptop Power UK are not responsible for items shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
2.6 We do not accept pick-ups, all items must be shipped.
2.7 Next day delivery is not gauranteed. The couriers we use operate on a 98-99% success rate. If the item is not delivered next day we will not refund the next day delivery charge if the fault lies with the courier. If the item has been delayed as a result of Laptop Power UK we will refund the delivery charge.
2.8 In times of adverse weather conditions items may take longer than normal to arrive. Refunds of delivery charges will not be made in instances of adverse weather conditions. Next day delivery is much likely to be made in adverse weather conditions. 
3. Warranty
3.1 All products sold on this website have a twelve month warranty (365 days) period unless otherwise stated.
3.2 The warranty period begins from original date of purchase, a replacement item does not restart or extend the warranty period in any way. This does not affect your statutory rights.
3.3 The warranty does not extend to the laptops used with our products; we are not responsible for improper use of our products.
3.4 If goods are deemed tampered with in any way your warranty will become void and you will be held responsible for the costs of repair and shipping.
3.5 The warranty does not cover; accidental damage, when warranty sticker has been tampered with, or failure to comply with the original manufacturers conditions of intended use.
3.6 In the event of product failure we are not responsible for the loss of any data that may occur. We are also not responsible for any losses occuring whilst we repair or exchange this product under the terms of our warranty agreement. You are advised to back up all data on a regular basis.
4. Ordering Policy
4.1 We reserve the right to decline your order at any time after receipt of your order for any reason. If payment has already been made, we will issue a refund to the card used for the order, or via method payment was received.  
4.2 We may request additional information before processing and shipping orders where we feel necessary.
4.3 You may return an item for any reason (other than user damage) within 28 days of purchase for a replacement or refund. After 28 days the item cannot be returned if it is unwanted. All items must be returned in the original packaging and in a re-saleable condition. 
5. Returns Policy
5.1 If you are not satisfied with our goods, you have the right to cancel the order within 14 days of purchase.
5.2 All refunds are issued via method payment was received; costs of return are non-refundable, unless the goods are faulty or misdescribed.
5.3 Items found to be faulty within the warranty period should be returned to us for a free replacement.
5.4 Before returning any item for any reason, please contact us about the problem on [email protected] We will email you with a Returns Advice Form, which must be fully completed and returned with the goods. You must include your order/invoice number.
5.5 Items returned without all requested information (included with the returned item) void the returns condition and no replacement or refund can be given in these circumstances.
5.6 The customer is responsible for safe return of the item, and should obtain proof of postage in case of the rare event of the item not being received.
5.7 We are not responsible for any items lost in the post when returned to us, this cost falls entirely on the customer.
5.8 Any items damaged in transit must be reported within 48 hours of receipt and returned within 7 days of the date of purchase.
5.9 Any items returned within 28 days can be replaced or refunded at request of the customer. Any items which fail within the warranty period but after 28 days of purchase will be replaced. 
6. Laptop Screens
6.1 Laptop screens are shipped by Interlink express and a tracking number can be provided. 
6.2 We are not responsible for any screens damaged in transit when being returned to us, and in such circustances no refund or replacement can be given. This does not affect your statutory rights.   
6.3 Any items returned to us must be in a re-saleable condition. If it is not then no refund or replacement can be issued. 
6.4 Whilst the vast majority of our screens have no missing pixels, this cannot be gauranteed. Our laptop screen warranty covers more than 3 missing pixels. If you wish to return a screen with 1-3 missing pixels you may do so, but your return shipping will not be paid by Laptop Power (NW) Ltd.
 6.5 All screens returned must be done so in the packaging in which they arrive. If you no longer have the original packaging then please use something of equal strength. Any items which are damaged whilst being returned to us will not be refund or replaced and will be returned to the customer in the damaged condition only upon payment of the postal charge required to send the damaged item back. We will hold the damaged item for 28 days, after this period of time you no longer have the option to have the damaged item returned to you, and no refund or replacement will be made either.
7. Miscellaneous
7.1 This website is neither affiliated with, authorized by, licensed by, distributors for, nor related in any way to these computer manufacturers. The products for sale on this website are not manufactured by or sold with the authorisation of the manufacturers of the computers with which our products may be used.
7.2 Your agree that our website, its directors, employees or other representatives are not liable for damages arising from the operation, content or use of the website. You agree that this limitation of liability is comprehensive and applies to all damages of any kind, including without limitation direct, indirect, compensatory, special, incidental, punitive and consequential damages.
7.3 Laptop Power UK will not be held responsible for, nor compensate any consequential loss resulting from delayed delivery of items or product failure. We strongly recommend all data is backed-up on a regular or continual basis.
8. WEEE Regulations
The Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) Directive is now UK law. The legislation aims to make producers pay for the collection, treatment and recovery of waste electrical equipment.  The regulations also mean that suppliers of equipment like high street shops and internet retailers must allow consumers to return their waste equipment free of charge.
The amount of WEEE we throw away is increasing by around 5% each year, making it the fastest growing waste stream in the UK.
·         Much of the UK’s WEEE ends up in landfill, where the lead and other toxins it contains can cause soil and water contamination. This can have a harmful effect on natural habitat, wildlife and also human health.
·         Many electrical items that we throw away can be repaired or recycled.  Recycling items helps to save our natural finite resources and also reduces the environmental and health risks associated with sending electrical goods to landfill.  
Distributors of new Electric and Electronic Equipment (EEE) have a part to play in reducing the amount of WEEE going into landfill sites.
Laptop Power (NW) Ltd is obliged under these regulations to offer our customers free take-back of their WEEE on a like-for-like basis when they buy a new Electrical or Electronic product from us.
For example, if a customer bought a new laptop charger from us we would accept their old laptop charger and prevent it going into a landfill site by disposing of it safely. Customers must return their WEEE item to us within 28 days of purchasing their new item.
Under the WEEE Regulations, all new electrical goods should now be marked with the crossed-out wheeled bin symbol shown below:

Goods are marked with this symbol to show that they were produced after 13th August 2005, and should be disposed of separately from normal household waste so that they can be recycled.
The Waste Batteries and Accumulators Regulations 

Under the Waste Battery regulations, Laptop Power (NW) Ltd are now offering a take back scheme for all portable waste batteries. You can return your waste batteries to our business premises in person (please do not post). Alternatively, you can find your local recycling facility at
