Toshiba Satellite Pro L450 – You get what you Pay for!

Having recently purchased a Toshiba Satellite Pro L450 laptop for general Laptop Power UK office use and admin, I was impressed with the first thing about it – the price! This laptop is certainly affordable and is certainly at the low end of the market in terms of both price and performance. Having used the Toshiba Satellite Pro L450 for a few months, you can see why it was one of the cheapest. The hard-drive and memory are quite small and the laptop often seems to run quite slow, a poor start given that all laptops seem to be destined to the fate of running at speeds to get the user pulling their hair out!

The 15.6” laptop screen is good and excellent for watching films, however, the other aesthetics of this laptop are not great. In particular the buttons on the in-built touch pad are excessively large and awkward to click at times. The version we purchased came with Windows 7 which came as an added bonus and is a good aspect of this laptop. Overall this laptop is certainly a good choice if you are looking for a machine to browse the web, watch movies and type emails – and would recommend for such purposes. If you need a little more speed and power to your activities then this is not the laptop for you. You certainly get what you pay for with this laptop – which is great if you do not want too much! Toshiba stock many other high spec laptops which may be more appropriate depending on your needs, but if budget is the issue, then it will be hard to beat the Toshiba Satellite Pro L450.

Laptop Power UK stock the Toshiba Satellite Pro L450 laptop screen and the laptop charger at great prices, the Toshiba Satellite Pro L450 uses a 15.6” CCFL screen and 19V 3.42A 65W AC adapter.
