The 3D Revolution – Coming to a Laptop near you?

You can’t have failed to have noticed the explosion in 3D technology since the release of James Cameron’s Avatar. Not a week goes by without a new 3D release in the cinema (craftily adding a few extra pounds to your ticket price) and now just a couple of years/months after being convinced that we NEED  a high definition TV, we’re now being told that the only way to watch Match of the Day is with Alan Hansen’s scowling face bulging out of our TV sets. 3D tech has now wormed its way into portable devices too, Nintendo has recently announced the 3DS (successor to the DS) which offers handheld gamers the opportunity to take 3D games with them on the go.

Solid Performance

So naturally, you’d expect this technology to find its way into Laptops at some point, and you’d be right! Asus have already released a 3D ready laptop and some websites are preparing 3D versions of their home pages so you may soon be assaulted by flying apples from the Asda homepage. Will it catch on? It’s difficult to tell so early on but whatever the future brings tech-wise, you can count on Laptop Power UK to provide the widest range of laptop adaptors on the web.

The New Dimension

Whether that’s an advent 8111 charger, an emachines e510 charger or some newfangled type of 3D laptop mains charger that hasn’t even been invented yet, you can be sure that Laptop Power UK are going to stock all of the biggest names in laptop chargers. And until you’re in need of 3D ready screens you can content yourself with our massive range of laptop screens all at fantastic prices with super fast delivery on everything we stock. Take a look around our (sadly) 2D website and see what we’ve got in stock.
