Lightweight Toshiba Portege R500 Adapters

The Toshiba Portege one of those lesser known models of Toshiba laptop that sometimes gets forgotten about amidst the hype regarding the Satellites and Satellite Pro’s. So does this make it harder to source a new Toshiba Portege  R500 charger? Fortunately it does not mean you will have to search the internet for hours in a vain attempt to find the product you are looking for.

Due to the nature of the Laptop Chargers there is not a new type of adapter for each and every model of laptop. In fact, there are really only three main types for all Toshiba Notebooks. One is the Toshiba Adapter for the Portege R500. With a 15V 5A output it gives the right balance of power. Trying to run the laptop from 19V for instance could damage the machine. The information we share on our website can prove to be invaluable when selecting a new power supply so be sure to double check before you place your order. If you are in any doubt, give us a call on 0845 257 7745.
