There are two typical types of 10.1″ Replacement Laptop Screen. One a ‘normal’ thickness and one called a ‘Razor’ laptop screen. While the size is the same, measured diagonally from the top corner to the bottom corner, pretty much everything else if different. Many netbook manufacturers swap and change their Laptop Screens, so we always advise you remove the panel before purchasing. This way you can buy off the part number of the screen instead of the model of the laptop as parts may have changed during production.
You may find that the Acer Aspire One D250 Laptop Screen may have one of these two types of screen fitted. If it needs a razor panel you will see when removing it that it is very thin indeed. It will also have some lugs on each side to allow you to screw it to the frame that supports it in the lid of the netbook. Again, the ribbon cable connector at the back will also be slightly smaller than the normal 10.1″ panel.
