This year you will find that when you visit your local electrical retailer to buy your new laptop, the laptops on offer will all incorporate an LED screen, no matter what the size. This is because laptop manufacturers now prefer this improved technology. The LED technology gives an improved image quality and can also help
to increase battery life as it is far less energy sapping to the battery.
As the old style CCFL Replacement Laptop Screens production gets scaled back there has been a dwindling supply of replacement panels to the UK market leading to sky rocketing prices. If you want to be able to find a replacement
Toshiba Laptop Screen for instance, you will want to make sure that when you buy a new laptop is has the LED screen technology. Otherwise you could be in for a hefty repair bill some time down the line if you are
unfortunate enough to crack your laptop screen.

You can tell the make of your Laptop Screen in seconds by simply removing it from your laptop. Other than the obvious branding stickers on the back of the laptop screen, there will be a part number which indicates the name of manufacturer, type of
screen and size of screen. These details are normally found on or near the green electronics board on the back o the screen.
You can tell if you have a Samsung Laptop Screen by he first three letters of the part number. A Samsung laptop screen part number always begins with the letters LTN. The next three digits tell you the size of the screen in inches,
diagonally from top corner to bottom corner. Numbers 156 mean the screen is a 15.6″ panel. The remaining digits indicate the type of screen, so a Samsung LTN156AT02 Laptop Screen
is a Samsung 15.6″ LED laptop screen.

As technology develops, different parts are manufactured and installed in newer laptops. For instance, most new laptops these days will include a 15.6″ LED panel. A few years ago the standard screen was a 15.4″ Laptop Screen. As this technology has
changed, over time the production of the older 15.4″ panel has declined to all time low levels. The knock on consequence of this is that demand is outstripping supply leading to higher prices for the likes of replacement Acer Aspire 5720 Laptop Screens.
If this is just the screen you are needing but may be holding out for a while to see if the prices come down, then wait no further. Who knows what the cost will be in a couple of months but the trend is surely for rising costs. Laptop Power UK still have a stock
of these once popular panels dispatched with next working day delivery but in order to secure yours while the cost is still reasonable, delay your purchase no further!

The newest 15.6″ laptops are now mostly using LED Laptop Screen technology. This is more economic in terms of energy use and gives a better quality image. Sometimes accidents happen and it can be easy to break the laptop screen. The glass or plastic
outer layer to the laptop screen can crack if it is impacted with enough force. Unfortunately this part cannot be economically repaired and so a full laptop screen replacement will be needed.
The LED replacements for the likes of the Dell Inspiron Screen or the Acer Aspire 5552
Laptop Screen are all available from Laptop Power UK. When trying to locate a new Toshiba Satellite Laptop Screen there are two ways you can go about this. You can either search for a screen the model number of your laptop or you can search by the part
number from the back of the Laptop Screen. When searching by model number of the laptop you can come across anomalies such as a different panel which has been installed by the manufacturer. A common problem would be you purchase a CCFL
screen but actually need an LED panel.
You can get around this by searching by part number from the back of the screen. This part number leave you with no ambiguity about exactly which part will be compatible with your Toshiba Satellite Pro L550D Laptop Screen and so helps you to avoid having to mess about returning an un-usable panel. At Laptop Power UK you can
search for a new laptop screen using either of these methods making it easier for you to get the right part first time every time.

Dell have produced many popular brands of laptop including the Dell Inspiron range. A couple of years ago, the Inspiron was subject to a hard hitting advertising campaign, promising unbeatable prices for a good quality, colourful, laptop. This resulted in high sales and now, a couple of years later high demand for replacement
parts such as the Dell Inspiron Laptop Screen. This replacement screen comes in two types, either CCFL or LED. The difference is not obvious until you have removed the old screen.
On the back of the Laptop Screen is a ribbon cable connector. The LED one is smaller and in addition does not have the small plug that hangs from the bottom of the panel to plug into the inverter. This is reserved solely for the CCFL panel. If you
remove your screen and hold it up, it will be obvious if there are two thin wires meeting in a white plug that hang loose. If you can spot these, you need a CCFL panel. If these are not present you should be looking for an LED Dell Insprion 1545 Screen or any other from the large range available.

Laptops made within the last couple of years are likely to be using an LED screen. This modern Laptop Screen technology is more efficient meaning battery life can be longer. They do not need to ramp up the voltage using an inverter in order to power
the fluorescent lamps as happens in a CCFL laptop screen. They are also better in terms of the quality of image you will see when using the laptop. If you enjoy watching your BluRay disks to watch movies, the LED technology will give you clearer images and better colours.
To find a replacement Acer Aspire Laptop Screen just visit Laptop Power UK where we stock a massive range of both CCFL and LED laptop screens that can be
used to replace a faulty or cracked laptop screen. You will also, by replacing you own laptop screen, save yourself from paying somebody else to do it.
