Hi Chris,
Unlike most repairers who are just using heat guns – we have a full reballing and rework station that is guaranteed to fix this fault. It comes with a six month warranty (but it is a permanent repair to the graphics chip). It costs £59.99 – and there is a 24 hour turnaround. We are based on the Asda Hunts Cross Retail Park. Andrew

Hi Michael
Sounds like an issue our engineers will definately be able to fix.
Please bring the console into our Asda Hunts Cross (Liverpool) stores, and we will give you a fee quote (no fix no fee). Many thanks

It sounds as though the drive may need replacing. It is usually a cost effective repair, but if you drop the unit into our Hunts Cross store – we will give you a free diagnosis. If you want to talk it through over the phone with one of our team the store phone number is 0151 203 5855.

Hello
Yes we can remove and strip down the drive to remove the disks and check the mechanism is still OK. If you bring it in store we can take a look at it and give you a quote for the repair. This would depend on if the drive itself is damaged.
