Recycling laptop screens, laptop batteries and laptop chargers

As we have blogged about recently, electrical waste being created by people disposing of laptop chargers and laptop adapters has grown rapidly in recent years.Since laptops have a much shorter life than desktops the burden of all these redundant laptop adaptors and laptop screens being thrown away, this is an issue that even the government is starting to take seriously.

Laptop Power UK are partnered into a variety of programs to ensure that all the electrical waste is recycled where possible, and we actively take back surplus laptop chargers and laptop screens from our customers. We take very seriously our responsibility to ensure all our customers have full and east access to channels by which they can recycle their redundant laptop chargers and laptop adaptors. Our aim is to have a positive impact on the environment where we allow people to repair their laptops and use them for longer, as opposed to throwing laptops still capable of being economically repaired into the bin.

We supply a full range of laptop power cables and laptop screens, and in the majority of cases we will be able to save you a significant amount of money when compared to buying a new laptop. Also fitting a new laptop screen or buying a new laptop charger is not only cheaper, but is also more convenient since you don’t have to transfer all data and settings over onto a new laptop.Oh, and also its much better for our environment, so as well as helping out your pocket, we can all help to contribute to reducing our damage to our world.
