The recent launch of the iPad by Apple sent a wave of excitement through all Apple lovers. The new slick looking, stylish product from Apple not only looks great but also provides excellent features and solutions. But is it going to replace the laptop? At Laptop Power UK with don’t think so.
Whilst the iPad looks like an excellent product, we still feel the laptop has more to offer. Whilst touch screen keyboards and typing is becoming more popular by the day, partly due to the massive success of the iPhone, we feel there is still a long learning curve before this becomes common place, especially among the older generations. Although we believe a great product has been made by Apple in the iPad, we feel that the item which is going to provide serious competition to the laptop is yet to be conceived, far more advances are going to have to be made than those which the iPad boasts to become the next big thing!
The Apple iPad takes advantage of touch screen technology which is slowly becoming common place, in both All-in-one PC’s and even some laptops. Laptop Power UK fully intend to stock an extensive range of touch laptop screens in order to keep up with the changing world and constantly improving technology.
