A lot of people use their laptops for work or school and so use the keyboard a lot to type out Word documents. Imagine if some of the keys stopped registering or you had to press really hard to make it work. Perhaps the keyboard has stopped working altogether and you have resorted to using an external USB keyboard. This is not what your laptop was intended to work like and can be a real burden. You don’t want to be carrying a laptop and a keyboard around everywhere with you do you!
If you have spilled a drink on the keyboard and it has become clogged up or the level of crumbs underneath it makes it hard to use then think about getting a Replacement Laptop Keyboard. The keyboard is held in place with just a few screws and while all makes of laptop fix them in place differently the process to replace is quite straight forward. Take a look at an on-line video site to see how our particular model is done. Once the screws holding it in place are removed the keyboard is then connected via a singe ribbon cable which once unplugged leaves your keyboard free to be removed.
We have a range of keyboards in stock including Dell Inspiron Keyboards so take a quick look to see if we have the one you need. As with all things there will be a range of options in terms of new and used keyboards on-line but at Laptop Power UK we only stock UK, brand new keyboards.
