Anyone who has owned a laptop and made good use of it will no doubt have felt the frustration of disappearing keys. This is a normal result for excessive or constant use of laptop keyboards. Essentially what happens is the friction of the fingers making contact with the keys over time starts to rub the letters off of the keyboard.
