Toshiba appear to be making laptops like there is no tomorrow. In the UK most of these laptops are being released under the Toshiba Satellite Series and the Toshiba Satellite Pro series. Fortunately for customers compatible replacement Toshiba satellite laptop chargers and Toshiba Satellite Pro laptop adapters are being stocked by Laptop Power UK.
There are a lot of complex looking manufacturer part numbers on the Toshiba laptop adapters that all refer to the same products. The standard Toshiba charger is rated at 90w and is 19v 3.95a in specification. Manufacturing codes that you may see on these 90w chargers are: PA-1750-09 laptop adapter and PA3468E-1ACA laptop charger. The most notable exception is the Toshiba PA3467E-1AC3 charger which is only 65w (19v 3.42a) in specification, which is also available from Laptop Power UK.
A popular series of laptops that customers may want to use the Toshiba PA-1750-09 laptop charger with is the Toshiba satellite L450 laptop charger, the Toshiba Satellite L500 laptop charger and the Toshiba Satellite L450D laptop adapter. Toshiba have generally supplied their laptops with a very high quality series of laptop charger and the failure rate reported to Laptop Power UK is indeed very low. Most of the compatible replacement Toshiba laptop chargers we have supplied have been the result of either lost adapters or indeed faults with the laptop that have in turn caused a laptop adapter to overheat.
