Dell have continued their experimentation with laptops just above the netbook range. The Dell Inspiron 11Z laptop is a small slimline notebook with a 250gb hard drive, but is unfortunately not equipped with a graphics card. A nice touch however is the 1.3m megapixel webcam which is ahead of other laptops in this laptop range. Laptop Power UK customers have commented that the Dell Inspiron 11Z is a superb size for a travel laptop, striking a great combination between a standard sized laptop and a netbook. However average battery life is a common gripe with our customers suggesting it may also be an idea to carry a spare Dell Inspiron 11Z laptop charger with you on your travels.
The Dell Inspiron 11Z screen is an 11.6” LED panel. The LED technology and the 16:9 aspect ratio really do provide great viewing clarity, together with the Intel Graphics Media Accelerator 950 card. Weighing just over 3lbs the laptop is great in terms of mobility, but Laptop Power UK would suggest the laptop is a little pricy for the way it has been configured and the fact that it has not be equipped with an optical drive is also a disappointment. Laptop Power UK customers are advised to consult our Dell Laptop Chargers homepage and to bear in mind the average battery life of the Dell Inspiron 11z before purchasing.
