Customers’ anger at poor quality universal laptop chargers grows and grows

Initially the universal laptop charger seemed like a great idea. It wasnt possible that customers could end up the wrong item since all the tips for all the different laptop brands are said to be included in the one product box. The fact of the matter is lots of small computer shops sell universal chargers not because they represent any form of convenience to the consumer, but because they dont have enough knowledge to know exactly which type of laptop adapter the customer requires.

Whilst there are some good quality universal adaptors on the market, the vast majority are of awful quality and simply let people down. Most of the problems are caused by inferior quality components being used to build these chargers with some failures also being due to user error from people who inadvertently use the wrong tip for their laptop.

Laptop Power UK through our website try to give people the requisite information to allow them to select the correct fixed tip laptop charger for their laptop. Our laptop ac adapters are the best quality available anywhere in the world, and the fixed tip mains leads are typically lighter, cheaper, greener and more reliable than the cumbersome universal solution many stores are peddling.

Our range of power leads is second to none ranging from Dell chargers, to Sony adapters to Samsung power cables. The good news for customers is that our after sales service is every bit as good as our product – something rarely found in the UK IT industry and people who have found themselves waiting in impersonal telephone switchboards may be able to identify with.
