Advent laptops have certainly served a purpose. PC World seems to have positioned the Advent laptop series very well in the market. It is appealing to many parents whose children are requesting a laptop to join in the Facebook revolution and is an economic option for cash-strapped students heading off to their studies. The Advent laptop range, whilst towards the lower end of the market spectrum has certainly improved over the years with noticeable improvements seen in Advent screen quality and chassis quality.
Laptop Power UK has long provided a full complement of replacement Advent laptop chargers and Advent laptop adapters. The vast majority of the machines have been provided with a standard Li Shin laptop adapter that is rated 20v 3.25a. Particularly popular have been the Advent Roma 1000 laptop charger and the Advent Roma 2000 laptop adapter in recent months, together with the standard Advent 0335c2065 laptop charger.
Of particular interest has been Advent’s move into the netbook market.
