Toshiba Satellite A60 – A laptop with a very poor customer review history

The Satellite A60 is a laptop that has not been well received by its purchasers. The two main problems highlighted are severe overheating problems within the first year of usage, and reports that it is very power hungry. Our advice would be two-fold. With regards to potential overheating problems, often the problem is solved by an engineer using a compressor to blow air into the fan of the laptop to remove the build up of dust inside the Toshiba A60 laptop fan. This is a cheap repair and is often only £30. With regards to accusations the laptop is power hungry, the best thing you can do is ensure you have a working Toshiba Satellite A60 charger at all times.
